GENOVA Dogi Biennali III Fase (1637-1797) Da 24 Soldi 1725 - MIR 318/3 AG (g 5,73) RR Marginale piccola frattura di conio, ma eccezionale qualità per questo esemplare, rarissimo da trovarsi in analoga conservazione. Moneta priva delle usuali debolezze e porosita' che affliggono i pochi esemplari apparsi. Probabilmente si tratta del miglior esemplare apparso in asta, non solo per quanto riguarda il millesimo, ma proprio per tipologia. Nell'asta Varesi 79 del 2022, lotto 146, un esemplare inferiore (datato 1722) e classificato BB-SPL, ha realizzato 900,00 euro più diritti.

Minor flan crack, nonetheless exceptional quality piece, incredibly rare to find in such condition. Without the usual weaknesses and porosity that were seen on the few examples known. Probaly the finest specimen seen at an auction, not only for the date but for the type as well. At the Varesi auction 79, 2022, lot 146 a lower quality piece (dated 1722) graded BB-SPL, sold for 900,00 euros plus fees.
